Community Mortgage out of Tennessee was looking to update its excel payment calculator to let clients easily compare FHA, Conventional, and VA loans. Working closely with Kevin Ruby, their Chief Loan Officer, we developed this excel workbook going with the company colors, allowing their load officers and clients to see the number in real-time as they made changes to the home price, interest rates, and down payment.
