Part of TSGs commitment to advanced information technology training was expanding its Virtual Classroom options at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. By rapidly deploying a new Virtual Learning platform, and a supporting Learning Management System (LMS) TSG was able to minimize the downtime as employees shifted to working from home. The LMS offered advanced tools, course power-points, videos, chapter quizzes, and even practice tests. All available on what ever device the participants had access to while working from home.

The LMS Dashboard gave an overview off all the courses the participant was register to attend, along with their progress through the course. Instructors could view participants progress including quiz results, allowing them to make adjustments on the fly if students were weak in certain topics, or offer one-on-one coaching if only a had full were falling behind.
The mobile friendly design of the LMS gave access to not only the course power-points, but recordings of the live sessions if participants wanted to go back and review the class, or catch up if they missed a session.
